Every fashionista in Toronto has undoubtedly been to Queen St. for a shopping spree or two, but if you’ve only been on Queen east of Spadina thinkGood. is here to let you in on a little secret! West of Spadina on Queen, also known as West Queen West (between Bathurst and Niagara), you’ll find stores that carry pieces that are a little bit more bohemian and one-of-a-kind; one such store is Preloved.
Preloved is all about reinvention and renewal. The Canadian designers work from a philosophy of sustainability, creating one-of-a-kind clothing from reclaimed vintage fabrics. Preloved stores can be found in Toronto and Montreal, and the line is carried across the globe at stores in Europe, Japan, and Australia. Notable celebrities like Hillary Duff and Anne Hathaway are devotees and after our first visit so is team thinkGood. The staff we met at the 881 Queen Street West location are super friendly! *A big thinkGood. thank you to Jo, Joanne, and company for all their help* And the pieces are quirky and cute – just how we like our fashion!! Preloved sells men’s, women’s, kids and housewear items.
Take a look below for pictures from our last visit, and if you’re looking for some new summer pieces with socially responsible swag we highly recommend checking Preloved out!
