Undoubteldy, we all live busy lives, are always on the go, and never seem to have enough time. In our fast paced lives, convenience reigns supreme, but not always for the Good. It’s not uncommon for many of us to grab breakfast from a drive-thru in the mornings, and have fast food for lunch as well. On week nights it’s all too common for so many families to tune in to our TVs and tune out of reality, instead of enjoying the beauty of our neighbourhoods. Or how often have you woken up late and had to take the 407 to get to work because otherwise you’d get stuck in traffic? Well the thinkGood. team is making an effort to use our time a little more wisely, and hopefully enjoy life a little more. From time to time we will be challenging ourselves to do things differently and we hope you join us.
This week our thinkGood. challenge will be to only eat food we’ve prepared ourselves. No take-out, no dinner at the Magic Oven, no heavily processed foods etc. Maybe you’ll find a new recipe you love, or maybe you’ll lose a pound or two. Hopefully you’ll eat something a little more nutritious than the norm, and save a few dollars!
