Every year on the second Sunday in May, the world dedicates this day to all of the wonderful mothers out there. I wanted to take the time to sincerely speak about how important it is to put some time aside to let your mom know, that her love is not being taken for granted. In life you meet new friends, love interests, become workaholics etc. It’s funny how we so easily stop investing life’s time in the one who sacrificed a lifetime for us. This Sunday please take some time to re-invest in the one who has invested in you the most.
If you are stuck on what you should get for your mom here are some suggestions. Free The Children has set-up a Mamas to Mamas program, where your mom can help another mom in an underdeveloped country provide resources for her children. If you are at a loss for words, and a card is more your style, why not purchase Keep A Child Alive’s Mother’s Day e-card. Both gifts are thoughtful, selfless, genuine, and unconditionally loving just like a mom.
The thinkGood. team would also like to take this time to express to our mothers how much we love and appreciate them. If at all you appreciate the work we do, please do understand that what thinkGood. embodies is just an extension of what our moms have instilled in us. thinkGood. is comprised of three ladies who were raised and inspired by three women who taught us to be blind to colour, creed, religion, class or any other social categorization. Instead they taught us to love the world inclusively and without judgement. They are the picture perfect definition of self-sacrifice, security, wisdom, strength, kindness, grace and most of all unconditional love! thinkGood. is a testament to everything they have taught us, and wherever this journey takes us we will always stay humble, and remember the values these everyday superheroes have bestowed upon us!
“My mom is a neverending song in my heart of comfort, happiness, and being. I may sometimes forget the words but I always remember the tune.” ~Graycie Harmon

Aww…I truly love this blog. Your mothers are beautiful…and it shows cause so are each of you!
Mothers are so amazing…they guide us protect us..and so much more…I read somewhere..this cute little thingy..
“I am a parent, cook, housekeeper, teacher, nurse, handy man, maid, security, coordinator, supervisor, manager, secretary, nutritionist, caretaker, personal assistant, life coach,
bookkeeper, laundry maid, taxi driver and a motivational speaker. I don’t get holiday pay, sick pay, or days off. I am on call 24 hrs a day, ……..7 days a week. Now, tell me YOUR job is harder than mine!!”
I’m so thankful for my mother…can’t begin to explain how amazing she is..she’s my cure..and I go through so much with my medical condition..and she’s there with me every step of the way..she never judges..she’s my friend and so much more. The best thing..as grown as I am..she never kicks me out of her bed when I curl up in there and lay in her lap to tell her about my day…I say..you’re never to big for mommy’s lap..something about moms are truly magical
I love it Neasha!
