This morning the thinkGood. team and friends ran for Earth Day. It wasn’t much of a run, as it was misleadingly cold by the lakeshore, but none the less we tried our best. We actually heard about the run through a friend of thinkGood., shout out to CJ, who has been one of our socially conscious allies along our journey of good.
Standard at every run/walk you are usually rewarded with a t-shirt as a souvenir for your fundraising efforts. The Earth Run was no different. What was different though was the fact that all of the t-shirts were made from organic cotton.
Another plus to the event was that you were given a free entrance pass to the Living Green Show that was being held that weekend. Which thinkGood. also attended as you will see in an upcoming post.
To all of those who participated in the run, and showed Mother Earth some love, keep doing GOOD! Check out the pictures below.

Organic cotton is generally understood as cotton, from non genetically modified plants, that is certified to be grown without the use of any synthetic agricultural chemicals such as fertilizers or pesticides. Its production also promotes and enhances biodiversity and biological cycles. -Wikipedia
